Meet Zach Rohling
Zach joined Laura in 2022 after spending 2 years learning how real estate works behind the scenes of one of the most influential real estate associations in the state of Kentucky. The knowledge and skills he obtained while working at the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors® (LBAR) drove his passion to work in real estate and help our clients make their biggest financial decision. His expertise related to real estate technology and the tools provided by Sibcy Cline Realtors allows him to set our clients up with the most up-to-date information. This enables our clients to find exactly what fits their needs as well as successfully close their listings.
LBAR Experience
- Trained Realtors and appraisers new MLS software to a membership of 4000+ (FlexMLS)
- Inputted new Realtors information into database after the merging of LBAR and Somerset Association of Realtors and familiarized new members with our association
- Assisted Realtors with numerous software required for their business to operate smoothly
- Collaborated with companies, including Homesnap, Zillow, and Realtor(.com) to ensure IDX feed worked between MLS and their websites
- Managed access to Property Value Administrator and explained its usage to members
- Answered dozens of phone calls daily from our membership to solve urgent problems such as, paperwork questions, MLS support, and membership inquiry
- Gathered information and assisted in new website development
- Scheduled education and explained licensing requirements to members in order to remain active with Kentucky Real Estate Commission
- Onboarded new members into association
- Supported membership events, including Realtor Community Housing Foundation, Young Professionals Network, and Realtor Political Action Committee
